How fast is a server delivered?
Cloud VPS instances are ready in about 40 seconds. In-stock dedicated servers are delivered in 15 minutes, custom configurations within 48 hours.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes. Every server includes Shield Standard with up to 500 Gbps of always-on L3/L4 mitigation. Advanced and Enterprise tiers add L7 filtering and up to 18 Tbps of capacity.
Which locations are available?
Moscow (MOW1, MOW2), Saint Petersburg (LED1), Istanbul (IST1), Antalya (AYT1), Frankfurt (FRA1), Berlin (BER1) and Amsterdam (AMS1). Dubai (DXB1) is under construction.
Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
Invoices are issued in EUR, USD, RUB or TRY by the Avenlith entity in your region. We accept bank transfer and cards; annual contracts receive a 15% discount.
Can I upgrade or cancel at any time?
Cloud resources are billed hourly and can be resized or deleted at any time. Dedicated servers are billed monthly and can be cancelled at the end of the billing period.
Do you offer an SLA?
Yes — 99.995% network availability with service credits, 24/7 support with an average first response of 7 minutes, and 4-hour hardware replacement.
